Although we construct routes for distribution and light transmission, many of our customers are surprised to learn that we also erect substations as well. We’re at home equally in aerial or buried settings, and we also perform directional drilling if required. ElectriCom employs the latest in construction methods which optimize time and resources.
While our customer base tends to be in the Midwest, we will travel to meet the needs of clients in distress. In 2005, ElectriCom sent a number of its crews to Texas to help with electrical service restoration in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita. Most recently we provided assistance to power companies in Southern Indiana following the January 2009 ice storm that devastated the midsection of the country We’ve also participated in other power service restoration projects following both natural and man-made disasters.
